Strawberry & Yogurt Bites

These bite-sized strawberry & yogurt bites are a sweet and delicious treat for Valentine’s Day (or any day!). Let kids help mix the ingredients and fill molds for a fun activity. This recipe call for plain Greek yogurt sweetened with a little honey, but any flavor or type of yogurt can be substituted.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes


  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey


  1. Mix strawberries, yogurt and honey in bowl. Add to heart-shaped molds or ice cube tray.
  2. Freeze at least 2 hours, or until set.

  1. Do these stay “set” after they’ve been frozen? Like, would I need to keep them frozen or they’ll lose their shape?

      They will eventually melt if you leave them out. Think of them like an ice cream bar 🙂

  2. Thank you for showing how to arrange strawberries on a skewer. I am going to use mini marshmallows instead of blueberries.I am thinking of dipping marshmallows in chocolate.
