Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 (5 oz.) package organicgirl good clean greens
  • 4 slices center-cut bacon, cooked, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken, skin removed
  • 1 cup shredded lowfat Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes,, halved
  • 1/2 cup Litehouse® Homestyle Ranch dressing
Directions
  1. Place eggs in medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then remove from the heat and cover. Let stand 15 minutes. Drain and run eggs under cold water to cool. Peel and chop eggs.
  2. Place Artisan Romaine on large serving platter. Add rows of eggs, bacon, chicken, cheese and tomatoes. If desired, add row of avocado. Drizzle with dressing and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
