A delightful twist on a classic cranberry sauce recipe. This pistachio cranberry sauce will be a new family favorite and is simple with just 5 ingredients. Serve warm or allow to cool before refrigerating overnight. This recipe can be made up to 3 days ahead.

- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 large cinnamon stick
- 10 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 lemon, zested
- 4 Setton Farms® Pistachio Chewy Bite™ bars,, chopped
- Bring sugar and ¾ cup water to simmer over medium heat. Stir in cinnamon, cranberries, lemon juice and zest. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until berries burst and sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Remove cinnamon stick and add Chewy Bites. Cook uncovered 1-2 minutes; remove from heat.
