Add your favorite protein
One of the easiest ways to turn a bagged salad into a complete meal is to simply add your favorite protein. Chicken, shrimp, salmon, beans and more are all good options. Here are a few of our favorite ideas:
- BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad using the Bistro Bacon kit

Make a stir fry
The Sesame Almond Crunch is the perfect companion to chicken, steak, shrimp or tofu for the easiest stir fry ever. Just cook your protein, add the salad kit contents and toss with the dressing. Change up Taco Tuesday
Add some crunch and a plethora of taco toppings with ease. The Avocado Cheddar Ranch and Southwest kits are two of my favorite for changing up Taco Tuesday but you can get creative with any of them! Opt for Mediterranean-inspired tacos using the Mediterranean Crunch kit or go sweeter with the Apple Gouda kit. Here are a few recipes we love:
Add crunch to wraps
Wrap + your choice of protein + an Eat Smart salad kit = one tasty meal! These Asian Chicken Wraps are easy to prep and delicious for lunch or dinner. Here are some other combos we love:
